ReportsWatcher 100% Utilization

I am trying to get ReportsWatcher running for the
first time. I specify the Raw Backup Reports
directory, and then the HTML summaries directory.

After I finish selecting the HTML summaries directory,
ReportsWatcher starts its scan putting the server at
100% utilization. It creates some files in the HTML
summaries directory, but then it hangs at 100%
utilization and then seems to just sit there.

Has anyone seen this? Know of a resolution?

My manager wants nicely formatted backup stats. If I
don't use ReportsWatcher does someone use another
utility to generate reports from Retrospect.
