Trying to update with RCU files

The setup of Retro 8 is confusing, because the Console is the "natural"
context that the operator of Retro sees, but the "Engine" machine is
were Retro is "actually" running. Retro Admins will have to get used
to looking at their networks, and Retro, from the point of view of
the machine running the Engine, despite the fact that the Console may be
running on one of the clients.
In the case where the Engine and Console are on the same machine, this is
the same point of view, which will probably end up being yet another
source of confusion.
In my opinion, the remote management is a big improvement. It's a
feature that Dantz has touted, and with good reason. The downside
is the added confusion in usage because it adds complexity that was
not there previously.
